Liquorice Marzipan Cookies


200 g soft butter
100 g sugar
200 g muscovado sugar
2 eggs
100 g hazelnuts, chopped
50 g dark chocolate, chopped
50 g dried cranberries
200 g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
200 g Johan Bülow Liquorice Marzipan
1 tsp. Raw Liquorice Powder (optional)

Heat the oven to 180C, 350F, gas 4. Grate the marzipan, and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Place heaped tablespoons of the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking parchment, leaving room for the cookies to spread.

Tip: For a stronger liquorice flavour, add a teaspoon of raw liquorice powder to the mixture. Bake the cookies for 8-9 minutes.
